Ceramic rotor achieves spice final crush without rust.
Tightly wood lid keeps spices fresh and away from moisture or dust.
How to use?
1. Unscrew the stainless steel nut.
2. Remove the round wooden lid.
3. Fill pepper or salt into the mill
4. Reposition the round wooden lid onto the base, and screw the stainless steel nut back onto the wooden lid.
5. Hold base firmly and rotate the top wooden lid clockwise to get the particles.
6. Adjusting from coarse to fine: Turn the nut clockwise for fine grinding, and anti-clockwise for coarse grinding.
