It seems to give me energy. Idk enough about vitamins, but I've heard this helps your brain function. I guess I should ask a nutritionist, but under the tongue dissolving tabs are supposed to be what to look for. They're not as easy to find as they used to be where I live.

i take those with the other 2 vitamins, and those taste so good. i think they get the job done, not sure if i need to start taking regular amount 1000, instead of those 5000..but the taste is good to me.
