Been using Vitamin C 1000 mg for more than 20 yrs and it definetly keeps the colds and sore throat away...I mean it has for that long!! It works. I take one a day, if I feel a cold starting I double to 2 daily. Nips it in the bud!! Made a believer out of my husband and several friends and family. Spring Valley is perfect brand for us.
