    Unacceptable Return Policy

    There was no problem with the item, but the recipient didn't want it. Apparently however, it cannot be returned. Walmart excludes certain items such as certain electronics, prescription lenses, etc., but how a trash can falls into this category is baffling and frankly, unacceptable. As a minimum, warn us before we buy it!
