wal mart tire purchase

these tires install on full size sedan. at wal mart. rotate done correctly. tires seem to wear on both inside / outer ring of tire. wal mart thinks air pressure for tire was wrong from factory listing. or just bad set from get go. lasted 8 mths 16.000 miles . no warranty unless we had bought road hazard thru wal mart. so previous tires on auto had worn even / had been on car 3 yrs 37.000 miles . they said not car . just tires zeetex . so not sure / what was said to us.
