This is our third trampoline and all-in-all once it was assembled, it seems good. The instructions were absolutely horrible to put together and we didn't get a bracket for the basketball hoop which is why this is at three stars. That being said, it does it's job and ... bounces the kiddos.

I ordered a 14ft Adult/ kids trampoline with the net and basketball goal. When the product came it was a 12ft kiddie trampoline. I contacted these people through email to let them know and they told me that I ordered a 12 ft and they sent me a 14 ft whites not true. Offered me $20 to keep it. They can shove that 20. Never will I ever order anything from these people again. Walmart needs to remove them off of their site. A very unsatisfied customer. What I preferred v/s what I got
