Red Velvet Pound Cake: Combine Sweet Neecy Red Velvet Cake Mix; 2 sticks butter - softened; 4 eggs (room temp.); 1 cup buttermilk (room temp.); 1 tbs white vinegar. Using an electric mixer, adding all ingredients in bowl on medium speed and beat for 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan and bake in 350 degrees pre-heated oven for 50-60 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes and remove from pan. Enjoy.
