I can't eat gluten so it has been years since I have had Ramen. I had come an across a recipe for eggs and cheese scrambled with cooked Ramen. I had to search for gluten free Ramen noodles. I found these and the recipe was delicious. I think I will add bacon bits next time. Yum!

I have a VERY difficult time finding fast-cooking items due to allergies.I hadn't had Ramen in nearly 10 years and this was delightful!
