Excellent!
One of the probiotics I experienced with. Glad I did. Decreased bloating after a couple of days. Thing with probiotics is that switching brands is a good idea to get different strains. This is one brand I would work with.

Best Probiotic for woman
I love this probiotic, best quality, its a tablet shell so good size and easy to swallow, and no refridgeration required, and has added prebiotic, one a day keeps my digestive system healthy and highly recommend to woman, the benefits are really noticable for meno issues. I love the blue glass bottle but not that practical for travel.
