Everything Good

Tastes really good. Everything about it is good, except I wouldn't choose to purchase it again because it's much more cost-effective to buy ground ginger in a larger amount. If you don't use a lot of it, that wouldn't make any difference, but I like to use a lot of this.

Fresh, Fragrant, and Flawless in baking

This product is excellent! It's clearly high-quality—it was nice and fresh right out of the package and had a wonderful, potent smell. I used it in my cookie recipe, and the results were perfect. The flavor came through beautifully, and the entire batch was gone in a flash! Definitely my new go-to.

Great ginger seasoning!

I used McCormick Ginger in both a savory dish (teriyaki chicken) and a sweet treat (molasses ginger cookies), and it worked perfectly in both.
