Do It Yourself Craft

My 10 year old needed help putting this together. I strung the string through the holes and then through the plastic man....tying it with square knots so it would not slip. We threw it off the house balcony and it just dives or swirls down fast. The parachute does not work. THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR KIDS! My 10 year old puts things together all the time. This was difficult for him....and me!
