Safety Seal was broken

I've used this before and enjoy the flavor combinations. I took off 1 star, not because of the quality or taste, but because it arrived with the safety seal broken. I will probably buy again to replace the items I disposed of for safety concerns. I opted not to return it as I am concerned it would be placed back in stock and inadvertently sent out to someone else.
