Great bags. Just what i needed at a great price. ANother user said, they expose the battery to air since the bag is not sealed from air 100%. they are wrong. what these bags are designed to do is, that in an event of a fire or extreme heat. it will contain the incident just to the bag so it will be hard to spread further than the bag by the time the incident is noticed. The OP was not the smartest , most informed so disregard their review and know that these bags work and are good deal!

The picture misrepresents the product. It looks like a sealed box, but in reality it is more like a folder(makeup bag) with no way to have an air tight seal. So as far as fire proof, I would say?????? It may not be flammable material, but there is no way you can say this is fireproof/explosion proof. Good idea but very poor application. Think about it, in order to make something fireproof you must cut off the supply of oxygen. This product seals about as good as a makeup bag.
