I don't know if I will make it through the whole book. It lacks the most basic editing. It's painfully redundant and chock full of syntax, grammatical, and typographical errors. The message is good and inspres hope, but wading through the poor writing is diminishing the books strong points. There are too many other options for similar Mediterranean Diet books to recommend spending your money on this one.
