KRUPS KM730D Breakfast Set Coffee Maker Machine with Brushed and Chrome Stainless Steel Housing, 12-Cup, Silver

I've had this coffee maker for 4 yrs and still working well. The water level little red ball sometimes sticks so I have to sometimes shake it a little so it floats to the top, but usually I can see where the water level is without the red ball. I once broke the glass pot, but at the Krups website, they have replacement parts that can be ordered for this particular coffee maker. Timer still operates well.

I bought this early November 2015, it stopped working early December 2016. In the twelve months I had this coffee maker, I did not use it for three of the twelve months. Stopped working, I descaled, unplugged, did every trouble shooting possible. It would brew a few drops, beep to indicate coffee was ready. Love this coffee maker, KM 730. The company told me to return, but thus far, it has taken a turn around of two weeks to get a response, printed return label via email. Then said it could take several weeks at the repair shop. I am using an old Krups from the 80's and glad I kept it. Have had a Krups Coffee Maker since the early 80's and would hate to switch to Keurig as most of my friends have.
