When we go on long trips, a 'diaper' adds a little confidence for an older bladder. We bought these for a 4-day ride. They are big! And quite comfortable! Easy to put on and off. They would be great for someone with more serious incontinence issues. We'll be saving them for even longer trips when we are older.

Attends Premier Disposable Underwear
