We ordered 12 shades for all of our various windows and doors. They came fast, were super easy to install (the shades just push into the brackets--way easier to deal with than typical blinds/shades installation), and look great! We got blackout for bedrooms and half-shading for everywhere else which let in light but offer total privacy. Love them! We got a Bond so we can control them from our phones and set a schedule to raise every morning at 8am and lower every night at 8pm. Perfect! We paid 5x as much for motorized shades in our previous house and didn't want to dole out that kind of money again. SO GLAD we went with these shades!

The install was super easy! It looks beautiful and the quality is fantastic. However, we were very disappointed when we had some issues w/the functions, thinking it wouldn't be resolved because they're shipped from so far and the price alone seemed too good to be true. We contacted customer service through email, our rep was Michael, he's fantastic! He responded in less than 24 hrs. And when I was up late he would respond within minutes due to the time difference. After trying to resolve the problem w/some instructions from him, he determined it's a piece that needs to be replaced and would be sending it out along w/a new remote. Even though this was all through email both my husband and I appreciated that his professionalism along w/kindness came through loud and clear. We're now waiting on them and are confident it will resolve all issues.We just received our new motor. Everything works perfectly. Remember to fully charge the motor prior to connecting the remote. Once it's fully charged I connected the remote and set both the upper and lower limits in under 2 minutes. Michael in customer service was phenomenal. All issues are resolved.
