Product Description  Thera® moisturizing body shield is specifically formulated to restore skin hydration for individuals with dry, chapped, or cracked skin. The dimethicone (1.5%) formula protects and normalizes skin, and helps prevent water evaporation by sealing in the moisture and creating a more favorable environment for healthy skin. It is an ideal solution for the treatment and/or prevention of diaper rash caused by wetness, urine and/or stool as it provides an effective, long-lasting moisture solution against incontinent episodes while relieving dryness, abrasion or denuded skin. Suitable for all parts of the body, Thera is especially ideal for heels, legs, elbows, and other areas that might need softening or added protection. It is designed with an amino acid blend with compounds less than 500 Daltons in size to penetrate through the layers of the skin to achieve the best results. This Thera lotion's skin protectant blend is a mixture of silicon-based organic polymers that protect and soothe skin. Thera® moisturizing body shield is also formulated with natural compounds, such as bisabolol (commonly known as chamomile) and ginger root extract, which penetrate the skin to reduce inflammation and contain a proprietary vitamin blend including vitamins B, C, and E that help build skin integrity.
