I love Leslie's workout DVDs.

This DVD keeps in step with the rest of her DVD's. I feel great after I do one of her programs. This DVD offers the power walking, plus fat burning exercises for the thighs, stomach, and backend. I use it every other day.

Not a just Aerobics!

Both workouts on this DVD are not just aerobic exercise. The hour workout is about 45 mins of aerobic walking with the last 15 mins being floor work. The 30 min workout has quite a bit of lunges and strength training work.
