Consistent careless handling on items shipped to h

The story is good but the book came VERY DAMAGED. Pathetic handling Walmart. I was a stocker for years and would never treat a customers product the way this was. Same with a Disney DVD im about to review came LOOSE IN THE CASE AND SCRATCHED DEEP SCRATCHES!! make sure your people take greater care handling shipments you guys have really gone down hill this past year in that department! Such a shame!
