Directions

Instructions

Wash hands, bottles, feeding utensils, and surfaces with soap and water prior to preparing the formula. Using the chart, pour the desired amount of water into a clean bottle. Add powder using 1 unpacked, level scoop(8.5g) for each 2 fl oz of water. Cap bottle; shake well until powder is dissolved. Discard unrefrigerated formula after 1 hour.

Safe Handling Instructions

Store closed and in a cool dry area. Store prepared formula in refirgerator and use within 24 hours.
