missing parts

the bed arrived with missing parts. contacted manufacturer, who refused to deal with me and instructed me to go through Walmart. Walmart submitted request, told me manufacturer would contact me within 48 hours. 9 days later, still no contact. this item is non-returnable, so without the missing parts, it is an expensive pile of junk!
