Beacon in the night

I have Coleman fuel, Coleman kerosene and Coleman propane lanterns and I like them all for different uses. The Northstar propane is really convenient with the push button ignition and the fact that propane needs no warmup time to vaporize the fuel, plus they run a little cleaner with hardly any smell and it is by far the brightest of the bunch. The only downside is propane is the most expensive to operate but is not a big issue for me. I definitely wouldn't be without one and would consider it a good choice for backup lighting for power outages.

We have had the dual fuel laterns in the past, but the propane is so much easier. Turn the knob press the button and you are good to go. Even my wife can light it.
