Great lower back support
I couldn't believe anything this reasonable could work but it does! I always need lower back support and in new cars the head rest is always angled so it is very difficult to be comfortable. This cushion is wonderful. Since it is so easy to install (just slip it over the seat) I can take it with me in other cars too. Love it.

Exactly what I was looking for
I bought 2 and love it. My old car had lumbar support built into the seat so when I changed cars I couldn't live without it. I tried special pillows, but they would move when I did. This fit over my car seat and it always stays in place. From the moment I get in my car, I am completely comfortable. On a side note my other one fit over the seat of a pick up truck. Love them hope this helps others!
