Easy to install
I made a custom mirror using various moldings, appliques, trim and a pediment. I used the Seville chair rail on the bottom to create a more decorative, finished look. It is easy to cut and install and adheres well to wood. I was able to paint it with chalk paint to create a plaster effect.
