SO much better than lemon extract from the grocery store

I had trouble with making certain lemon baked goods - anything that called for extract ended up tasting like cleaner to me. I'm really picky about artificial flavors. THIS is wonderful though and I am so happy I found it. A little goes a long way and it's been great in cookies, glaze, frosting etc.
