Tips fell off

It arrived just fine. Upon trying it on I find the string does not slide well since it is of a coarse weave. Once on the string part seems short, hanging down to about mid chest. Then taking it off one of the silver tips fell off and was lost for a day. The other tip pulled off easily. I found the tip and Super Glued them on. I have the pin with the same design. it did not fit well cause the pins is short and it rotates upside down.
