I have progressive lenses for several years now and wanted the same again, so I decided to purchase the 3.0 magnification after trying out a 3.0 reading pair of glasses at the local WalMart Store. Found this magnification to be the proper amount for close reading. Wanted something I could wear all the time for up close reading and distance, so opted for these. Very pleased with the fit, the style and the improved vision I've gotten from this pair of glasses. I also was very impressed with the price of $12.95. How can they do it, when the local eyeware provided wanted over $350 for a new pair of progressive lens glasses?
