Great to alternate with almond flour
Tired of just almond flour so I tried this all purpose gluten free flour. Now it's my favorite! I made muffins and cakes, all quite yummy.

Good for some Gluten Free baking
When first diagnosed with Celiac, I bought a cookbook that required mixing my own flour blends. I did the four bean flour mix, which was good but a pain to do and expensive. Although no gluten free flour is inexpensive, I tried Bob's All Purpose because it is bean based. Made cornbread which turned out great and then used that cornbread to make turkey stuffing. Wonderful.

Best GF Flour Ever!
Best Gluten Free Flour I have found to substitute in my favorite recipes! Made having to be Gluten free much easier knowing I can enjoy all the things I use to eat by changing out the flour and using this one. I have tried other flours and to date, none work as well as this one!
