Very Nice Chiffon Shrug

This is a nicely made chiffon shrug that can be used for a formal event, such as attending a wedding or for casual wear. I plan to wear it to attend a wedding. I have a beautiful black one piece off the shoulders flowing chiffon pants outfit that I happened to find in my Walmart retail store. This chiffon top is a nice complement to the chiffon pants. The shrug flows nicely and can be worn open or tied. Either way it flows nicely and can be a nice complement for casual wear or a formal event.
