Crowd Pleaser

If you're like me and have a lot of foodie friends, we are always trying to come up with new and different. I bought this thinking about using it in some sort of chicken stir fry dish, but when ribs were on sale plans changed. Basted on both sides, wrapped in foil, cooked low and slow for two hours. uncovered, basted again and turned up the heat to caramelize. The smoky garlic honey flavor was a hit and everyone wanted to know the secret. Even though I used most of the jar I believe it was worth the price.
