Way too small and no adjustable straps

I wasn't sure about ordering a bra like this one online, so I chose a 'cheap' product. It's labeled '"XL' on the website and the bra tag reads 42/95, which is my actual bra size. Can't even come close to fastening it. Material seems to be okay but can't judge compression. Straps are NOT adjustable. Won't return it since it was so cheap. Will buy my next one in a boutique.
