The 1st one I ordered was defective. The access door was on the inside of the frame so it couldn't be opened and the 2nd one I ordered the glass was broken. I really like it but it's not useable.

DO NOT ORDER THESE LANTERNS!! THEY DO NOT HAVE THEM IN THE WAREHOUSE!! I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERYDAY AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE THE LANTERNS. I ALSO ASKED EACH CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON TO LOOK AT PREVIOUS ORDER COMMENT ABOUT THIS EXACT ISSUE. TODAY I WAS NOTIFIED MY ORDER WAS DELAYED. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD IT IS A SYSTEM GLITCH. I ASKED WHY THIS PRODUCT IS STILL ON THE WEBSITE WHEN CLEARLY IT IS AN ISSUE. WALMART DOES NOT CARE, THEY MAKE SO MUCH PROFIT WHY SHOULD THEY CARE.
