Flavor is good. I use it in my coffee I've never bought this type of ground cinnamon so not sure of the value. If it gets too expensive bc I use it too quickly I'll revisit the value. The container seems ok but I would like to put it a a sealed glass container bc getting out of the bag with a teaspoon makes it difficult as the contents get lower in the bag. Also every time I seal the bag some of the particles of cinnamon escape. Not sure if that's terribly significant.
