I was pleasantly surprised to actually feel more energetic after I had had a shake three days in a row. I've had both strawberries %26 cream and the chocolate and find them both tasty. It's a fantastic way to get your protein when you don't eat much meat.

I love the Premier protein brand the best. The flavor is stronger and not so fakish. I researched the vitamins between the brands and I found this one to be better with certain vitamins like Vit D and calcium, potassium etc. My most favorite flavors are vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. Banana and caramel are also good

From a Diabetics perspective.

I am a diabetic and need to have breakfast to take my meds, but I have never been able to get up and eat food. These drinks are perfect, they give me what I need to take my meds. They taste great, I love them. They are on the high price side though. These were recommended by my diabetic education nurse. I love the chocolate and strawberry the most, but haven't tried any that didn't taste good.
