poor design

The idea is good. BUT when you place these and tighten them down as tight as they will go, they slip off when you lift the window up. It just knocks them off. Tried them both with the rubber protectors on and off with just bare metal. doesn't make a difference, still just slides off under light pressure of lifting the window up. no security at all.
