First, AmSteel is simply a top of the line 5-star product. However, in this case, a mistake was made filling my order and there were some initial problems reaching customer service. Thankfully, I was ultimately connected with Karen Dalton who absolutely went above and beyond to address both the order and communication issues. I will gladly return here first for future purchases.

This might be the absolute pinnacle of rope. If not, it is certainly the best product available at a reasonable cost. The strength specs given certainly seem correct or understated. The rope itself is fairly tough; it takes about 7 forceful passes with a serrated blade to cut it. The dye used will rub onto your hands, but will wash out. The rope is hollow and can be flattened or twisted, sometimes undesirably. Overall, if you can use it for your application, you should.
