Does not come with proper hardener

I have been using 3m products for well over 40yrs. Trying to find proper hardener at local jobber is a joke. It simply will not set up properly. Have used it in the past and it was wonderful but the local 3m jobber sells it without hardener. They have no idea what proper hardener should be and the generic flat out does not work. I see nothing anywhere on 3m website saying what is the proper hardener.
