WOW.  This is an amazing product (57-1549). I have a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 5.7 Hemi. I was getting 11 MPG and decent performance.  I installed the K&N air intake system easily myself.  My wife and I were blown away on our first test drive after installing. WOW!!  Turned my Jeep into a beast with AWESOME sound!!  Big horse power & torque gains!!!  Our next suprise was when we drove the Jeep around town.  We now get over 17 MPG in town!!!!  I can't wait to see the highway difference.  This is the best thing you can do for your car.  I have since put one our Cobalt and have had the same wonderful experience.  Thank you K&N!!!! You will go on everyone of my vehicles for life!!  The simple math is 6+MPG more @ 18 gallons a tank  equals  108+ more miles EACH TANK.  Very impressive results.

I definitely recommend this product. Noticeable increase in torque at all RPMs. My 2006 5.7L Grand Cherokee even seems to shift smoother when accelerating normally from a stop. Maximum power accelerations produce an impressive deep throated sound in addition to the increased power. I am hoping to see an increase in gas mileage, but have not driven my vehicle enough with the new K&N Cold Air Intake installed to make a determination. Any increase will be just icing on the cake. Installation took me about an hour and a half and was not difficult. I recommend reading the instructions completely before starting the installation. That way, you can ensure you are using the correct nuts, bolts and washers as you proceed through the installation. I'm a fully satisfied customer. Thanks for a great product, K&N.

Parts missing

I would have given five stars had all the parts been there but I had to find my own nuts and bolts to complete it, also had to drill my own hole for the sensor, which wasn't a big deal, but was unexpected. There were some hardware, but it was incomplete. My car definitely has more horsepower and is getting better fuel mileage!
