Lallemand bakers yeast is available in dry form and sold under the brand Instaferm. Resulting from Lallemand' s expertise, the Instaferm family of baking products presents numerous advantages over fresh yeast in many situations. As they are packaged airtight in protective atmosphere conditions, Instaferm products have a two-year shelf life when unopened.
