Not Sweet

Not sweet at all. I know it's suppose to be 70% as sweet as sugar, but this has very little sweetness at all. Purchased this brand because my understanding is that they source from a U.S.A. company that makes it. The search goes on for a sugar replacement.

Switching from Swerve

I liked Swerve in general, but it smelled slightly fruity to me, and although it says measuring 1:1 like sugar, I had to use more than 1:1 ratio to get the same level of sweetness as sugar. Hoosier Hill Farm Erythritol is 100% erythritol. So, I don't have to wonder "What are the 'secret' natural flavors in Swerve?". I don't have to use it any more than I used Swerve, either. Yet, the price of this product is much lower. I'm going to use it for a lot more things than just coffee from now on. I'm glad I found it!

This is not as sweet as Swerve.

This is not as sweet as Swerve. I don't know what there is about this stuff but I won't be buying it again. If I put a bit of swerve on my finger and taste it I get sweet. If I do the same to the hoosier hill product I don't. Since I was wanting a sweetener which I can put on top of a bowl of fruit like strawberries this product won't work for me. Its a shame because its at a good price compared to swerve. If just doesn't do the job
