I bought these swim shorts for my two daughters (6 and 3) to serve as a bathing suit bottom with extra booty coverage. The material is good quality and is not super see-through. The issue is the seams. These shorts aren't lined and the seams are uncovered, meaning the seams will rub sensitive areas, especially when wet. If these were going to be worn over a traditional swimsuit bottom, they'd be OK. I will be returning these.

I bought these to replace swimsuit bottoms for my daughters. The fabric is stretchy and not super see-through. But the shorts aren't lined not lined and the seams are uncovered. To avoid the seams rubbing and causing discomfort — especially during a day in the water — I'll return these.
