A must for Astro low profile sockets.

You can't go wrong with Astro. They make great tools at a reasonable price. This ratchet is used in conjunction with their low profile impact sockets. It holds them in the ratchet while using the sockets; otherwise, they will fall out. Yes, you can use the sockets on a ratchet but by using this ratchet, you utilize the low profile function of the socket. The only thing I wish it had is a reverse function. Since it doesn't, you have to be careful to make sure you don't get yourself into a bad spot. Overall, the quality is nice. I recently used it to change a bad wheel on my tool box. It had the reach I needed and the low profile of the sockets made the job easier. Olsa makes an adapter to use with other types of ratchets but for me, it's hard to justify the price they're asking.
