good quality
obviously hard to see differences as we are doing a regiment of several supplements. However, this has no taste, which is a huge benefit. packaged well, looks like good quality ingredients. we were recommended to use l-glutamine for stomach problems and have heard that it can reach help in addition to diet changes.
