Energizer Weatheready Radio Crank Light

Although I like this device's concept and its size is not too cumbersome for a flashlight within 10 seconds of cranking the handle it fell off the unit, rendering it useless. I cannot think of another product I have purchased that broke so quickly and I wasn't applying excess force or anything when cranking it; it's just shoddily made. While I may have received a defective unit I would not trust this item under any circumstances, especially not during an emergency. I would highly advise you to consider other options and not purchase this product if you're looking for something that's going to withstand being used and is going to last more than a few seconds.
