The SP-01 family of road biking saddles debuted in 2017, the year Selle Italia celebrated its 120th anniversary - a perfect illustration of the company’s ceaseless pursuit of excellence. Taking inspiration from the automotive world, futuristic and lightweight Selle Italia SP-01 saddles feature dynamic Suspension Link Movement, wherein the two halves of the saddle are separated and flex independently of one another. This innovative design results in exceptional comfort and beautiful aesthetics. There are ten saddles in the SP-01 collection. The Selle Italia SP-01 TM Superflow is a long and sleek 231-gram road racing saddle with a generous “Superflow” central cut-out to enhance comfort and relieve pressure from the perineal area. The SP-01 TM Superflow shares the same design and molding as other SP-01 saddles, but at a fraction of the price, thanks to the utilization of manganese and chromoly TM rails and a Duro-Tek polyurethane cover. The SP-01 TM Superflow saddle has a standard-length, or long, nose design measuring 288 mm, among the longest of all Selle Italia saddles. It is offered in two sizes: idmatch S3 and L3.
