For a while, I endured persistent discomfort. Every time my kids sat on the carpet, red and itchy spots would appear on their skin, causing irritation for about two weeks. Despite trying various remedies, the mystery of what invisible force was biting us on the carpet remained unsolved. Although the identity of the culprit remains unknown, the good news is that I no longer witness those irritating episodes after using this product.

Excellent customer service. I spot the occasional little creature, so I use it every other week to prevent bed bugs from returning. I directly spray it on the bed frame and mattress. There's no strong chemical odor.
