Dark Sable turned my hair black

Lost my highlights and unable to get my hair light again. Looking for a nice brown, turned my hair black and lost all my highlights and everything on put in my hair doesn't make it lighter.

Hi Carmen A! We are sorry to hear your results were results were darker than expected after trying the Brown Sable (373-Dark Brown). There are many reasons why haircolor results can come out too dark.Once you have color-treated hair, we suggest following the touch up application method to achieve optimal results. Otherwise, by doing repeat full head applications, due to the hair's porosity, you are left with a haircolor result that is much darker than what you intended. Waste of Time and Money

I bought and used this two months ago. I have long hair, so my licensed cosmetologist suggested two boxes. She put it on my gray roots first and then throughout my hair. Waited the suggested time to rinse and nothing changed. No hint of color anywhere, not even on the gray. I was so disappointed and will never purchase again.
