Warranty information
Product warranty only applies to the original owner purchasing from an Authorized Reseller. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. For heated clothing products, Finewire™ heating elements and plugs are under warranty for the life of the product (Lifetime Warranty). All other components of the garment are covered for factory defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the first retail purchase. Batteries are under warranty for ninety days and should be charged regularly to ensure their longevity. This limited warranty does not cover repairs by third parties, rips, scratches, tears, and cracks from abnormal use, deterioration caused by ordinary wear and tear or exposure, improper use, not following directions for proper use, or negligence. It also does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or improper cleaning or care.
