Fit and appearance are great.

Size is correct, I am a larger guy so unless tailored, no shirt is perfect but this shirt fits very well. Also other review mentions shirt as being short and while I am only 5'9" mine had plenty to tuck in but not too much so it can be worn untucked for casual situations.

Definitely not Big and Tall

Shirt was too short to keep tucked in my pants. I thought it said big and tall on the description. Its the same size as the rest of my shirts.
